      On the boat, each fish is hand-picked, and immediately bled. We then clean and flush our salmon with fresh seawater and they are chilled in slushed ice until delivery for processing. This preserves their salty freshness after harvest and ensures top quality salmon.

      Serving Size: Coho fillets average 2lbs, feeding 3-4 people. Box Size: This is a natural product and size of fillets vary. We strive to pack our boxes as close to our poundage spec as possible. Thawing Recommendations: Thaw under refrigeration for 10-12 hours. Sushi Grade: Our fish meets sushi-grade freezing standards.

      Stock up on our salmon every Wednesday with pick-up or delivery. - Free pick-up at our Weblocker #513 in Squalicum Harbor from 1pm to 2pm. 
- Local delivery for a small fee from 2pm to 5pm in Bellingham, Whatcom and Skagit County.
